Located in Melbourne or Adelaide, you will be responsible for prioritising client-reported issues and enhancements, streamlining release processes, and leveraging AI and automation to proactively mitigate risks.Key Responsibilities:Release Planning & Execution Manage release schedules, define scope, oversee UAT, and ensure clear communication with stakeholdersQuality Assurance & Compliance Lead QA processes, implement AI-driven testing, and maintain strict compliance with industry standardsDevOps & Automation Design CI/CD pipelines, streamline release automation, and enhance system reliabilityRisk Management & AI-First Approach Use AI and audit data to identify risks, improve monitoring, and drive continuous improvementClient Prioritisation & Change Management Oversee issue prioritisation, maintain robust change controls, and ensure seamless customer adoptionWhat You Bring:Proven experience in release management, DevOps, or QA leadership within SaaS or enterprise softwareExpertise in ITIL frameworks, change management, and secure software developmentHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)Experience in high-compliance sectors such as payroll, finance, or healthcareStrong data-driven approach, leveraging AI to improve quality and efficiencyExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills in high-stakes environmentsGo beyond a job.
