Please note, if you are a student, you will be required to work through all holiday periods including Christmas, as part of our long-term employee benefits. Responsibilities As a Beauty Expert, you will deliver an exciting and unique service to all current and potential customers. You should be confident in making connections, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating products, and determined to win repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments. Duties include: Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales targets through customer engagement and product demonstrations. Teamwork: Support team members to meet counter and business needs. Promotions and Events: Assist with in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events. Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks. Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and displays. Qualifications Beauty Experts may need to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays alongside weekday shifts. Benefit offers opportunities for growth and values diversity.
