We have a fantastic opportunity for a Manufacturing Team Leader to join our collaborative and supportive team. You will be a hands-on leader, responsible for managing the shift-to-shift operations and performance of the factory, with a team of up to 8. You will ensure the safe and efficient operation of extrusion lines and production areas, achieving quality outputs and products that meet all standards and customer expectations. What will you do? Work a 12-hour continuous shift-based roster (night/day), with set rotations over a 28-day roster cycle Lead and develop the health and safety culture for the team Provide leadership and supervision for the team on shift Engage and motivate the team and work with them to solve issues Support operators and play a key role in their learning, development, competency, and experience across production KPIs, continuous improvement, safety, and quality practices About You Demonstrated leadership experience and proven shift management of small/medium-sized teams in FMCG/continuous batch manufacturing/heavy industrial operations Mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach to leading a team Ability to set and align operational priorities focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, throughput, proactive reporting, and continuous improvement Effective communication skills across diverse workplace and workforce Excellent time management, sense of urgency, results-focused to meet daily KPIs and targets Collaborative style and cross-functional engagement Can-do attitude, flexible, adaptable, eager to contribute to growth Licensed: High Risk Work licence (Forklift) and own transport and drivers licence Why join us?
