This is a pivotal leadership role within our growing, design-focused company.As the Marketing and eCommerce Manager, your responsibilities include:Developing and executing integrated marketing plans to increase awareness, engagement, and sales.Leading omnichannel campaigns with consistent brand messaging across all platforms.Optimizing and expanding our eCommerce platform, focusing on UX, SEO, SEM, and online performance metrics.Analyzing trends, customer behavior, and digital data to drive continuous improvement.Managing brand storytelling through events, media, and influencer collaborations.Leading and mentoring a talented marketing team, including specialists in product, content, and branding.Overseeing external agencies, managing budgets, and tracking campaign KPIs.About YouWe are looking for a motivated, results-driven professional with:Proven experience in marketing strategy and eCommerce (ideally 5+ years).Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.Strong leadership skills with a commercial mindset and attention to detail.Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is highly regarded.What We OfferAt Earp Bros, we prioritize our peoples growth and success.
