About the Role We are seeking a Field Service Technician, FIFO (fly-in-fly-out) based out of Perth, working a 8x6 roster in Newman, WA. The role involves maintaining assets on customer sites, including equipment like access gear, power generation, earthmoving, and more. Responsibilities Perform mechanical inspections, servicing, and repairs in the field and workshop as needed. Log jobs in our service system and complete paperwork daily. Monitor and record parts usage. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Qualifications & Skills Mechanical trade qualification. Current driver''s license. Diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently in the field. Participation in on-call roster.
