As our business continues to evolve, Aurora Energys focus is on developing capability while leveraging technology and innovation to deliver our strategic objectives.About The RoleAs Customer Service Operations Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing the seamless day to day operations of the Customer Service Centre, along with managing resourcing levels and forward planning recruitment. You will support to drive strategic outcomes, monitor data statistics to identity and analyse trends, and work collaboratively with key stakeholders on key operational issues and decisions. You will also promote a positive and customer-centric culture through leading, coaching, and mentoring your team, ensuring education of compliance requirements.With a focus on continuous improvement, you will monitor customer issues and complaints ensuring resolution outcomes while fostering an environment of dynamic thinking.About YouYoull be a passionate and experienced leader with an exceptionally strong customer experience focus. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience in dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders.Youll think strategically with the ability to analyse and track processes, procedures and KPIs to ensure efficiencies and new ways of working.
