About The Role To support the continued focus of person-centered care within the organisation, ARRCS is actively recruiting two experienced Clinical Nurse Managers to oversee the Support Workers and Registered Nurses at our Terrace Gardens Aged Care Facility. Located in Palmerston, NT, this role involves coordinating care for residents and leading a team of nursing and care staff to ensure high-quality, safe, person-centered care. The position also entails fostering a learning environment, overseeing education programs, and monitoring professional standards, all while delivering safe and efficient care through performance management. This role suits a Registered Nurse with clinical and management experience, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on management style. The candidate should enjoy mentoring staff and guiding a multidisciplinary team. Terrace Gardens is an 88-bed residential facility with three wings, offering both single and shared rooms, and includes a Memory Support Unit with outdoor garden activities. Experience in leading, coaching, or mentoring healthcare staff. Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation. Strong communication skills and ability to coach staff. Commitment to customer service and business improvement. Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
