The opportunity:As the Stockroom Manager at Sephora, you will serve as the Inventory Controller, playing a vital role in maintaining accurate stock levels to meet customer demand and ensuring proper storage of products and marketing collateral.You will be responsible for:Driving scheduled cycle counts to accurately identify and prevent out-of-stock SKUs.Using data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.Monitoring and investigating negative stock levels and collaborating with the store team.Promoting continuous improvement through coaching and partnerships with senior management, supply chain, and planning teams.Organizing stock levels and making confident stock decisions as the point of contact for distribution.Training the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies.Processing stock arrivals, managing returns, and liaising with external stakeholders for stock pickup.This role suits a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values operational efficiency.Reporting Line: Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and District Inventory Operations LeadWe want to hear from you if:You are willing to work a 38-hour rotating roster to support store needs.You have retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, P&L management, and sales forecasting.You are proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and SAP (desirable) for data interpretation and reporting.You are physically fit to lift boxes up to 15kg.You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.You are passionate about delivering excellent client service and maintaining the Sephora brand experience.You value a positive culture that fosters recognition, feedback, career development, coaching, and learning. #J-18808-Ljbffr
