Additionally, you will be committed to achieving the goals embedded in the Future Fit Strategic Plan 2021-2030.About the roleThe Senior Executive Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor is a senior administrative role responsible for the management of high level and complex operational and administrative tasks in supportof the executive functions and the associated activities of the Vice-Chancellor and CEO.The role provides a high level of practical assistance and management to the Vice-Chancellor and CEO, and resolvesthe delivery of business-critical tasks and individual projects for the Vice-Chancellor and CEOs executive portfolio and Office.About youTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience in high level executive support roles at a senior management level,Strong communication (both written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills,The ability to manage multiple processes and prioritise tasks,A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information;Superior organisational skills; andThe ability to work both flexibly and effectively as part of a team and also independently to deliver outcomes.About the Vice-Chancellors OfficeThe Vice-Chancellor is the principal officer responsible for the management of the University and is accountable to the Council of the University.
