In this role, you will enhance customer care and manage sleep apnea treatments, collaborating closely with physicians to develop tailored treatment plans.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the initial contact for new and existing clients.Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for sleep-disordered breathing patients.Provide guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service.Follow up with newly diagnosed patients and support ongoing care.Educate patients and families about sleep disorders and treatment options.Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers.Promote and upsell products and services.Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment.Candidate ProfileExperience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments.Excellent communication skills.Ability to manage a clinic independently.Customer service experience across all interaction stages.Proficiency with Google Suite applications.Interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine.Strong organizational skills.About Air LiquideAir Liquide is a global leader in gases, technologies, and services for Industry and Health, operating in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees.
