Were hiring a proactive and dynamic IT Project Manager to help scale a bespoke technology product a global transaction tool targeted to grow 5x in the next year.Youll work within an agile delivery environment across international teams and directly support senior leadership in the UK.This is a high-impact role suited to someone with strong operational discipline, problem-solving instincts, and the ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight: Lead and manage high-priority, reactive projects to support the expansion of the VAT tech tool. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and escalate risks, track and manage issues, and maintain transparency with stakeholders.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a key contact point for global teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration and communication.Operational Management: Ensure smooth operational delivery across regions, aligning efforts with the strategic needs of the business.Agile Delivery Support: Assist delivery teams with sprint planning, retrospectives, and task tracking within an agile framework.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare clear, concise project updates and maintain accurate project documentation and dashboards.Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience: 35 years of project management experience, ideally within tech, financial services, or global transaction environments.Skills: Strong problem-solving and organisational skills. Ability to thrive in a reactive, high-speed delivery setting.Mindset: Agile, adaptable, and highly collaborative.
