Location: Newcastle & Central Coast, NSW Employment Type: Full-TimeResponsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, focusing on Subdivision and Earthmoving operationsManage subcontractors and labour on-site to ensure project timelines and quality standardsInterpret construction drawings and specificationsEnsure all works are completed in accordance with safety, environmental and quality proceduresLiaise with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholdersMaintain accurate site records and daily progress reportsLead toolbox talks and ensure team compliance with OHS regulationsRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in Subdivision - Earthmoving works on civil infrastructure projectsSolid understanding of safety and quality standards in constructionStrong communication and team management skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and plansWhite Card and relevant tickets/certifications requiredFull Australian working rightsIf youre ready to take the lead, apply today or contact us for more details. #J-18808-Ljbffr
