The hotel delivers a creative space for creative thinkers and discerning entrepreneurs via 3 conference rooms and 2 executive lounges.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Full Time Conference & Events Coordinator to join our luxury property in the airport precinct.What you will be doing:Handle all aspects of conference coordination from start to finish, including meet and greets, site inspections, and organization of contracts.Manage all administrative elements of events such as preparing conference proposals, event orders, payments, and account settlements.Liaise with clients before, during, and after their conferences.Coordinate with all internal departments to ensure smooth conference operations.QualificationsDemonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service and guest experience.Previous experience in Banquets operations will help in understanding Meetings and Events Service Delivery.An aspirational office-based role focused on conference delivery to our 5-star clients.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.Passion for hospitality and a desire to bring value to the team.Experience in a similar role or within a hotel environment is a plus.Additional InformationAt Accor, we believe HOSPITALITY IS A WORK OF HEART!Join us to write your story and imagine tomorrow''s hospitality.
