In this exciting opportunity, you''ll play a key role in delivering our brand vision by driving customer engagement, acquisition, and retention, through personalised, data-driven communication. Using a mix of CRM channels, you''ll design and execute impactful campaigns while analysing performance to optimise outcomes and inform strategy. As a CRM champion, you''ll collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive, customer-centric messaging and help evolve our customer journey.
