We are recruiting for an Office Administrator for a minimum of 20 hours per week (times to be negotiated) who will assist the Directors in ensuring all office activities are completed efficiently, accurately, and professionally. You may be currently working in a related trade business and seeking a new challenge. To qualify for this role, you should be able to: Schedule jobs for the Directors and tradespeople. Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, including processing and generating invoices in Xero. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Coordinate with the Directors on ordering and job progress. Ensure all tax obligations are met (GST/PAYG), pay wages, and manage holiday pay. Assist with marketing activities (mailing, customer database, social media). Produce high-quality work within appropriate timeframes. Be motivated, enjoy your work, and take pride in your achievements. Help your team meet deadlines and uphold Electricooled''s professional image. Have 2-3 years of experience in office administration (experience in a trade business is an advantage). Be experienced with Xero and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
