You will support the development of the Manufacturing Business Unit by actively seeking and delivering continuous improvement aligned with business goals. Investigate and analyze relevant data and trends, utilizing organizational tools to enhance performance and develop team capabilities.How you will contributePartner with Manufacturing Business units to improve production outputs, material usage, and waste management.Ensure timely and accurate reporting, investigate variances, and solve problems.Champion the understanding and use of Focus Improvement project metrics and tools for problem solving, process analysis, and waste reduction.Train key Operation team members in Focus Improvement planning tools.Support Business Development initiatives, implement plans, and participate in governance meetings.Foster a culture that drives the Focus Improvement mentality, developing skills for lean manufacturing.Share and promote FI accomplishments across the department, bringing best practices to the site.What you will bringRelevant engineering experience, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.Experience with Focus Improvement initiatives is desirable.Ability to prioritize, manage activities, and proactively solve problems.Strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and a drive for continuous learning.Ability to motivate and influence others.Education/QualificationsQualifications in Management, Engineering, or related discipline are desirable.Certificate IV in training and assessment is desirable.Joining our site team offers an inclusive, diverse culture with opportunities for growth.
