This exciting opportunity is initially offered as a four-day-per-week role for a 16-week term, with the potential for extension or future opportunities.You will be responsible for the followingImplement and develop Learning & Development initiatives aligned with organisational strategy.Coordinate and project manage training programs within budget constraints.Support Diversity & Inclusion efforts in partnership with the HR team.Develop and maintain relationships with executives, managers, and employees to address training needs.Manage accurate training records for compliance and best practice.Support talent development through customised leadership and capability programs.Design and deliver high-quality learning materials, including eLearning and professional development content.Facilitate complex training sessions and workshops.What youll need to succeedProven experience within Learning and DevelopmentA problem-solving mindset with an ability to adapt and innovate during organisational change.Effective time management and prioritisation skills, able to work independently while keeping teams informed.Demonstrated ability to create, facilitate, and evaluate impactful training programs.Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills for engaging stakeholders across all organisational levels.Degree or tertiary qualification in Learning & Development, HR, Psychology, Business, Behavioural Sciences, or equivalent experience.What youll get in returnYou will become part of a dedicated and energetic team, equipped with modern tools and technology to excel in your role.
