RGC is the key link between UNSW researchers, executive and funding agencies including NHMRC, ARC, other government and non-government research funders, philanthropic competitive grant funders and industry partners.The Project Officer reports to and supports the Senior Manager, Operations and Innovation, in implementing and maintaining the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) workflow and ticketing system. This role ensures the delivery of customer-focused research grant management services by accurately and promptly triaging and allocating incoming work to relevant RGC staff through SPOC. Additionally, the Project Officer manages the RGC weekly training process and supports the onboarding of casual staff during major rounds.The OrganisationUNSW isnt like other places youve worked.
