Hey team!At Ouzo Studio, were growing fast (2x last year, aiming for 2-2.5x this year), and were looking for a smart, curious junior to grow with us.Youll get direct exposure to two founders with 20+ years of combined industry experience. One of us has worked as a creative director for some of Australias biggest start-ups. The other has built multiple successful businesses. We dont gatekeep knowledge - well teach you everything we know about creative, ads, production, and more.Were flexible: work from our Surry Hills office, Melbourneoffice, from home, or even while youre away on a break, just stay plugged in a couple of days a week and keep learning.What Youll Actually Do Lead creative content creation and scripting for adsLearn and support performance marketing (we''ll work on this together)Conduct client meetingsHelp coordinate UGC talent and production tasks based on your scriptsJump in on admin, client comms, and internal projects as neededSupport Michael Beveridge (our creative director) and learn the ropes from the best.What Were Looking For A fast learner whos adaptable and can figure things out on the flySomeone whos proactive, we love people who give things a goStrong organisational skills youll be juggling tools like Slack, Asana, Frame.io, Facebook Ads Manager, Google SheetsA mindset thats all about learning, not perfection.Bonus points if you:Have any experience with content creation, copywriting, or social mediaHave a degree in either; marketing, media, comms, or designLove TikTok, YouTube ads, or have a strong meme gamePath to full time will also be explained during our first meeting! #J-18808-Ljbffr
