This is a contract role starting early June through to December 2025, with full-time site responsibility from establishment to handover.About the RoleYoull be responsible for all day-to-day site operations leading subcontractors, enforcing WHS compliance, maintaining programme, and ensuring high-quality delivery.Youll work closely with the Director and Project Coordinator to align site activity with programme targets, procurement milestones, and compliance requirements.Required Experience3+ years in a Site Manager role (commercial/industrial projects)End-to-end lifecycle delivery from site establishment to handoverExperience managing warehouse builds or office fitoutsStrong coordination with Project Managers and consultant teamsQualifications & SkillsWhite CardFirst Aid & CPRTrade background (Carpentry preferred)Strong site leadership and subcontractor managementSolid HSEQ/WHS knowledgePublic Liability Insurance (preferred)Tech ProficiencyProcore (required)MS Project, SignOnSite (preferred)MS Word, Excel, OutlookConfident using tablets, PDFs, mobile-based site toolsAvailabilityFull-time Monday to Friday, with Saturday flexibility where requiredContract start: Early June 2025To Apply:Please send a brief CV or capability statement via LinkedIn or email jon@buildcoprojects.com.au.
