You will also play a leadership role across the office with an eye on best practice within the digital landscape, and helping keep Match & Wood at the forefront of digital communications.With an exciting and diverse set of clients there are no end of opportunities to sink your teeth into, and a clear pathway for continued progression.What you will be doingYour role is to deliver best-in-class digital recommendations and execution, manage a talented team of digital practitioners, and ensure our clients achieve strong digital outcomes and ultimately hit their business and marketing objectives. You will work closely with the Group Director who has overarching responsibility for your patch of clients, and also tap into the Heads of Digital, Search & Strategy as required.In addition to planning and execution skills, you will have knowledge of how each digital channel/platform works alongside other channels within the communications mix, and how they influence each other to drive outcomes. We are looking for someone who is both a critical thinker and a strong executor, who works well within cross-functional/omni-channel teams.We execute all our digital media in-house, which means you will be managing a team of practitioners and maintaining their required skill sets. You will manage their workloads and help them prioritise tasks, and ensure they deliver consistently high quality of work.The skill set we are looking forWhile this role encompasses all digital channels, robust experience across at least two of the areas below is required:1. Programmatic You have planned, implemented and managed programmatic campaigns, with experience across self-serve DSPs (such as Trade Desk or DV360) and can train others to do so. You have strong negotiation skills for different buy types (PG, PMP or run of network), and you understand the nuances between them and when they are most applicable. You have experience working with third party data integrations.2. Paid Social Strong skills within Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Ads. Experience with DCO (eg. Flashtalking), external data providers (to leverage additional targeting opportunities), and working with influencers within a paid environment, will be looked upon favourably.3. Paid Search Implementing and managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, performing keyword bid management, ad copy testing, new campaign opportunities and experiments to generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Beyond CPC, you can understand a clients business priorities and apply them within the search environment.Key responsibilitiesMaintain a strong understanding of our clients business objectives and recommend ways that digital media can help achieve those objectivesProvide solid strategic recommendations that drive targeted traffic and achieve strong campaign resultsImplement successful campaigns across various the digital platforms, and manage their delivery to maximise return on ad spendManage your team to deliver best-in-class reporting that is streamlined, accurate, timely, and includes insightful analysis, commentary and recommendations for continuous improvementImplementation, management & maintenance of measurement pixels through key platforms & Google Tag ManagerWhen needed, assist in the creation and management of measurement dashboards and campaign reports using Google Data Studio, Supermetrics & ExcelAuthor high quality presentations that outline your analysis, recommendations and rationaleFoster and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, staying abreast of their needs, and be able to pre-empt potential future requirements and act accordingly to address themKeep up to date with industry news and innovations as it pertains to being able to deliver market-leading outcomes for our clients, and disseminate this information across the agency to keep our team s abreast of important digital updates.
