About the role As Head of Marketing, youll be the driving force behind Bluestones brand presence, broker engagement, and strategic partnerships. Reporting to the CMO, youll lead a small, high-performing team across brand marketing, B2B marketing, events & sponsorshipsdelivering standout marketing initiatives that make Bluestone the go-to non-bank lender for brokers. We are looking for a strong senior Marketer who is innovative and is able to think outside of the box when it comes to strategy, creativeness and design. This person will be confident in their ability to Market, present and contribute to the growth of the Bluestone brand and business. Responsibilities Brand & B2B Marketing Lead the development and execution of Bluestones brand and B2B marketing strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and strategy. Manage and enhance the online presence, including website optimisation strategies. Events & Sponsorships Oversee the planning and execution of industry events, sponsorships, and activations that strengthen our broker relationships and enhance brand visibility. Identify key industry events opportunities that align with business goals. Develop and execute event marketing plans, including pre-event promotion, on-site activations, and post-event follow-up. Measure and report on the ROI of events and sponsorships. Partnerships Identify and manage strategic marketing partnerships that align with Bluestones business objectives. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry partners. Explore and develop co-marketing opportunities to expand reach and drive leads. Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, ensuring alignment with business goals. Content & Campaigns Develop compelling marketing campaigns and content that resonate with our audience and drive engagement. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising. Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution and improve lead nurturing. Budget Management Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Track and report on marketing spend, providing regular updates to senior management. Conduct ROI analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing investments and optimise budget allocation. Implement cost-effective marketing strategies to maximise impact. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Foster and promote a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and best practices. Performance Tracking Set KPIs and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, optimising strategies based on data and insights. Analyse campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
