Job Description We are looking for a Senior Principal, Solution Architect to join our expanding Solution Consulting team. This position is based in AU, with remit over IN, SEA, ANZ. The successful candidate must be highly organised, communicate and present in a professional and engaging manner, listen well and collaborate effectively. Solution Consulting Mission To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Epsilons commercial process and organisation to meet new business development goals. What Youll Achieve The Senior Principal, Solution Architect will work with Business Development to represent the Epsilon Digital solutions in new client opportunities. This role is the Platform & Technical expert on Epsilon Digital, requiring extensive knowledge of the AdTech & Programmatic ecosystem. The role will gather client requirements and propose Epsilon solutions that meet the client objective. Solution proposals will be a combination of bespoke client needs and off the shelf Epsilon products. Responsibilities Include Technical solutioning Consultative discovery Marketing support Proposal development Presentation development Knowledge/content management Sales operations Operations handovers Legal & Data Privacy representation Who You Are What Youll Bring with You Strong knowledge and experience in adtech and programmatic media Technology background, with ability to bridge the gap between technology and business Experience in media planning or managing performance marketing budgets Experience designing or implementing marketing tech stacks, comprised of multiple integrated vendors and solutions Experience working across Commercial, Product, and Operations teams Working knowledge of global data privacy regulations and technical compliance requirements 10 years experience in a client service environment Bachelors degree required, Advanced Degree preferred Desirable Traits/characteristics Highly organised project management experience valuable Business acumen ability to represent Epsilon in best possible light Consultative ability to conduct research and lead discovery sessions Team player ability to build and nurture internal and external relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-stress sales-driven environment Effective time management need to balance competing demands and changing priorities Technical Skills Hands-on knowledge of Demand Side & Social Platforms (e.g., TTD, DV360, Meta, Criteo, etc.) Technical knowledge of existing and emerging media channels (Display, App, OTT, CTV, DOOH, Audio) Technical knowledge of Data Management Platforms (Adobe Audience Manager, Lotame, Eyeota, Salesforce Krux, etc.) Technical knowledge of digital signals and identity solutions (FPC, 3PC, MAID, HEM, etc.) Technical & Analytical knowledge of buying models and KPIs (CPM, CPC, CAC, ROAS, etc.) Basic knowledge of web & scripting technology: HTML, SQL, JavaScript, ETL, etc. Additional Information Epsilon is a global data, technology and services company that powers the marketing and advertising ecosystem.
