Providing research and administrative support across the project teams will ensure the smooth operation of project activities. You will:Provide research and administrative support for the overall day-to-day functioning of the various research projects, such as:Assisting the preparation of research progress reports,Obtaining and tracking research approvals and authorisations,Transcribing audio files and other data processing,Record keeping according to data management plans,Preparing presentation slides and data visualisation,Data analysis, andOther research tasks where appropriate.Ensure appropriate support is provided to key projects, events, and other activities as required, including supporting various team functionsWork flexibly and collaboratively with other research, academic and professional/technical staff to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient support services to meet the projects needs.Work closely with the broader project management team and academic, research and technical staff in developing and progressing various research projects. Effective engagement with external business/industry partners and other professional service providers is inherent to the roles requirements.What youll bringDemonstrated well-developed written and oral communication and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with a range of university and health service stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to manage projects, tasks and allocated work through effective self-manage in workflow and prioritisation to ensure deadlines and targets are met.Experience in assisting or conducting health-related research with attention to detail and ability to identify problems and escalate appropriately when necessary.Desirable experience in qualitative research and knowledge of research processes and the research project life-cycle.
