As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide exceptional customer service that creates a memorable shopping experience and fosters a positive connection to our brand. A Sales Assistant at JD is energetic, genuine, and customer-focused, offering personalized assistance to help customers find the best products and brands. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Acting as a brand ambassador with positivity and professionalism Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers effectively Providing personalized 1:1 customer service Assisting with customer queries and processing sales Collaborating with management and team to achieve KPIs and targets Supporting store tasks such as visual merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation Escalating customer complaints to management Completing mandatory training related to products, policies, and procedures What Were Looking For Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar customer service roles Ability to deliver excellent service and go above and beyond Passion for sports fashion or knowledge of key brands A positive attitude and team spirit Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment Eagerness to learn new skills and overcome challenges Strong communication skills and engagement with customers and colleagues Ability to multitask Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Whats In It For You?
