Ventia has been awarded a new water contract to deliver preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance along with Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentational services across the Seqwater network.Ventia will provide service excellence across 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations and 26 referable dams.What We Offer You:A flexible, supportive and inclusive work environment where you matter.We pride our services on delivering service excellence to the communities we live in.We look after each other and foster our people''s wellbeing.Access to VenPerks includes offers and discounts to leading brandsAccess to Ventia Academy includes training, development and accelerated learning programsAccess to a variety of Health and Wellness initiatives - including the EAP, Ventia''s Healthy Minds program and Healthy Bodies program.About the RoleThe Planner Maintenance Improvement, purpose is to deliver on the below key responsibilities.Review of Work Done and following up on recommended improvements this is a huge part of our ability to improve their asset management and maturity and where we are not achieving to date.This planner role will evolve there are several areas we can gain traction on, which is in Ventias and our best interest in following through on requests that are being missed in responses.This role will focus on the improvements in Preventive Maintenance Plans/ Strategies in conjunction with Seqwater and follow up on works required from information received in workorders and will liaise and assist the other Supervisors & Planners, so this will be well regarded by the team, especially until we start putting out the bush fires and get the maintenance under control.Part of the role will also be available for backing up other area''s planning when major shutdowns are planned and or leave taken.The role will also have a co-ordination function with contractors once we have maintenance contracts in place eg Generator Maintenance and others once we have clarified our responsibilities under the contract (in progress).Any other suitable duties relation to maintenance improvements and planning roles within the SCAS contract.**Candidates must be willing to undergo a medical and police check as part of the recruitment process**About youExperience in either Infrastructure, Water, Oil & Gas industriesProven Planning and optimisation experienceCurrent C Class Driver LicenceTrade Qualification an advantageDiversityVentia is enriched by the diverse experiences, talents and cultures that our people bring to the organisation, while celebrating and respecting the communities we operate in.
