Duties Respond to and fulfill any special banquet event arrangements requested by guests.Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup of furniture and equipment.Serve food and beverages to the table promptly following appropriate procedures.Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, dietary requirements, and special requests.Maintain cleanliness and the condition of the working area.
