About The Role Grampians BreastScreen is seeking experienced reception and/or administrative staff for a casual position within our administration team. The role is designed to backfill staff on planned and/or unplanned leave and to ensure the service operates effectively during weekends and after hours on weekdays. The Receptionist provides confidential services for the Grampians BreastScreen Program, including greeting clients, processing paperwork, and preparing clients for screening by the Radiographer. The ideal candidate will be sensitive to clients'' needs, professional, approachable, and able to work under pressure with accuracy. Flexibility to work at short notice and adapt to the workplace roster is essential. Skills & Experience Previous experience in Womens Health is advantageous but not essential. Experience with data entry in a health information system. Proven ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload.
