In this role you will be undertaking a range of Counselling and Group work services associated with the Men''s Behaviour Change Program which aim to increase the well-being and safety of women and children.This role is a Permanent role, could be either full time or part time.Key Responsibilities (not Limited To)Ensure the best possible outcome for clients is achieved by holding men accountable for their use of violence and supporting them to change their behaviour, establishing strong network links within local area in order to provide strong external referral pathwaysEnsure the MBCP service is well known in the community by participating in developing resources that promote and advertise the service to clients, local forums and other community organisationsEnsure individual needs of clients are met by providing a case plan that is developed with the client, is clearly defined and with achievable outcomesEnsure a full client caseload is maintained by working within funding guideline and program targetsEnsure documentation meets organisational, legislative and funding requirements by completing and maintaining appropriate client documentation and statistical informationAbout YouTertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or Counselling or related behavioural sciencesNSW Drivers Licence and a full insured vehicle.Registered with appropriate body: e.g.: PACFA for counselling or working towards registrationGraduate Certificate in Mens Behavioural Change Intervention or willing to enrol and obtain the Certification.
