You will be adaptable in your approach and equipped to manage any situation that may arise during evening hours. You will have a natural ability to think on your feet, and to resolve problems as they arise, to maintain the smooth running of our property operations in the absence of Senior Management.If you are someone that thrives in an afterhours role, and you have the confidence to manage first impressions on the front desk, perform perimeter checks, attend to emergencies and lockouts, and any other matters that require attention across the property this may be the role for you.This role is a casual role with shifts between the following times:Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays: 07.30am 01.30amMonday to Friday: 05.30pm 01.30am.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Duty Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Act as a Mentor to the residents to form a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare.Assist the Management team with grievances and conflict resolution as required.Respond to residents calls about noise or disturbances within the building.Responding to residents locked out of the building and/or apartments.Represent an after-hours management taking full responsibility of the building operations.Manage, record, and promptly resolve issues or emergencies that arise while on duty.Attend appropriate training and mandatory staff meetings when required.Our mandatory requirements include:Work rights in Australia and New ZealandNational Police CheckWorking with Childrens check (ACT)First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)Valid drivers license and vehicle (occasional travel between sites)HOW YOU CAN APPLYIf youre interested in working with us, please submit your application as soon as possible - outlining all the amazing qualities and skills you can bring to our team.UniLodge reserves the right to withdraw this advertisement at any time.
