THE ROLE Based in our Dry Creek office overseeing cement product distribution and client growth, you will be an exceptional Business Development Manager with demonstrated experience within the building/construction industry. You will have the ability to communicate, present, and negotiate at all levels whilst being results-driven and thriving in a sales environment. Your ability to work autonomously whilst problem-solving will be something that you pride yourself on. Your daily purpose will be to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Demonstrate genuine commitment to safety by consistently displaying behaviors aligned with safe work practices. Achieve budgeted sales projections. Support our internal sales team to ensure sales opportunities are maximized. Contribute proactively to the sales team. Identify new and different business opportunities to increase sales. Promote the companys products/services by addressing or predicting client objectives. Create and manage an annual Business Development plan. Attend industry and trade events and utilize networking opportunities. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES Minimum of 3 years of business development experience. Demonstrated sales management skills. Valid drivers license. Experience managing people and budgets.
