Our nationwide initiatives are at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution.At Enerven, were focused on connecting you with tomorrow.About the roleThe Substation Construction department is seeking a qualified Construction Manager (Electrical) with experience in substation or heavy industrial electrical infrastructure construction to join our team.You will be responsible for planning, managing, and completing projects safely, efficiently, timely, and cost-effectively by managing people, subcontractors, and resources. You will provide leadership and guidance to construction crews, coordinate daily operations, manage budgets, and plan/schedule work.Reporting to the Manager of Substation Construction, your responsibilities include:Planning, managing, and delivering projectsManaging WHS, Environmental, and Quality systems for the workgroup and subcontractorsProviding leadership, communication, and supervision to all employees and subcontractorsManaging key customer and stakeholder relationships to ensure timely service deliveryPlanning and coordinating work, and managing overall performance in productivity, financials, employee commitment, customer service, and complianceThis role is based at Direk; however, our team often works away from Adelaide on project sites. Rosters vary depending on project needs, and as Construction Manager, you will need to be onsite as required. Some travel and overtime (double time and travel allowances) should be expected.About youYou will bring:Leadership experience in heavy industrial electrical infrastructure projects, including HV equipment and systems installationExperience in constructing substations and/or renewable projects (highly advantageous)A current SA Electrical Trade Certificate and registrationA valid South Australian drivers licenseAbout usAt Enerven, we aim to make a difference.
