This team provides specialist compliance expertise to the Customer Business Unit, supporting effective compliance management and ensuring EnergyAustralias regulatory obligations, governance systems, processes, and frameworks meet both industry standards and customer expectations. And this is where you come in!About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Compliance Performance Team, as a Compliance Reporting & Analytics Specialist. In this role, you will transform compliance data into actionable insights that strengthen risk management, governance, and decision-making across the Customer business unit. The role is responsible for developing thematic reporting, dashboards, and executive reporting for senior committees, while driving improvements in data quality, automation, and compliance analytics capability. Other aspects of the role include:Develop and maintain data reporting across key compliance areas, including Quality Assurance, Complaints, Archer (Risk System), Breaches, and Remediation activitiesCreate thematic reports based on root cause analysis findings, complaints trends, and compliance breaches to identify systemic issuesPrepare high-quality, succinct reports for senior governance bodies, including Compliance and Risk forums, Executive Committee and the BoardPartner with Technology and Customer teams to design and deliver automated reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualisation tools that enhance compliance monitoring and executive insightsEngage with risk, compliance, operational, and technology stakeholders to ensure reporting meets business needs and regulatory expectationsIdentify and lead initiatives to uplift data capture, quality and timeliness.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in a reporting & analytics role within a compliance, risk, or audit environment. With a strong ability to develop dashboards, reporting packs, and executive summaries.
