South Australian Housing Trust Job reference: 673542 Location: 5600 - WHYALLA Job status: Ongoing Eligibility: Open to Everyone Role Overview The Team Leader within SA Housing Trust is responsible to the Operations Manager for: Leading and managing a team to deliver housing services and outcomes to customers across the housing continuum within a geographic area of up to 2,000 public housing properties, including both public and private rentals. Managing the development of case management strategies for customers with high or complex needs. Collaborating with SA Housing Trust partners to create connected service opportunities and modeling behaviors aligned with the Trusts service values. Special Conditions Successful applicants must complete a National Police Clearance prior to employment. Successful applicants must complete a DHS Working with Children Check every 5 years. Possession of a current Australian Drivers Licence may be required. Willingness to relocate between regional locations within SA Housing Trust as needed. Some intrastate travel may be necessary. Out of hours work may be required during activation of the Emergency Relief Functional Support Group.
