About The Role Lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs. Create engaging programs using industry-leading programming tools. Be the face of TheirCare and foster positive relationships within the school community. Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and advance in the industry. Manage rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager. Handle compliance documents and other administrative tasks. About You You are an engaging individual passionate about making a difference in children''s lives. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships. Previous experience in childcare/OSHC is preferred but not essential. Valid Employee Working with Childrens Check for the relevant state. Willing to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting. Willing to obtain a National Criminal History Check.
