Whatever your role at ANZ, youll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type: 6 Month Secondment/Fixed Term ContractRole Location: MelbourneWork Hours: Full time, 40 hours per weekWhat will your day look like?This role is accountable for:Managing the efficient running and operation of all aspects of the GGM M&As mail, calendar, travel schedule and all associated logistics such as visas, transfers, and accommodation. Provide support to M&A team for international travel and logisticsAct as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.Autonomous and proactive management and prioritisation of the GGM M&As time in relation to business needs, ensuring all key meetings are set within appropriate timeframes and required briefing materials are available in advanceManaging all costs and expenditure in line with internal ANZ policies and compliance practices including corporate credit card expense coding and monitoring, invoice processing etcGeneral office support including data and documents management in accordance with policiesDeveloping engaging and productive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and peer Executive Assistants, always displaying the highest level of professionalismExercising discretion and confidentiality on behalf of the GGM M&AWhat will you bring?To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following Relevant experience in providing Executive Assistant Support to Senior Executives and/or ExCoTime management and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to anticipate needs of the GGM M&A and broader M&A Team and act proactivelyStrong focus on accuracy, policy compliance, responsiveness and resilience in addressing issuesStrong initiative and a proactive attitude (anticipating needs) to undertake value-adding responsibilitiesProfessional approach to work, excellent telephone manner with a high level of customer serviceAbility to work autonomously, multi-task and prioritise with excellent organisational and time management skillsExcellent technical skills including advanced Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and intermediate Excel skillsExcellent interpersonal skills - written and verbal communicationProblem solving and creating efficiencies/improving processesStrong interpersonal skills and confidence to deal with employees at all levels, including senior executivesConfidentiality - You must be discreet with the information you are privy to even with other executives and their EAsSo why join us?From the moment you join ANZ, you''ll be doing meaningful work that will shape a world where people and communities thrive.But it''s not just our customers who''ll feel your impact.
