Are you looking for a rewarding career that combines your professional skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service?Our Patient Services Team has several vacancies for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to support our hospitals Admissions and Reception alongside our Administration staff.As an Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include:Answering and redirecting callsOrganising appointments and preparing admission paperworkFollowing up requests and making reminder calls for visitsMaintaining accurate record management systems, including medical recordsPerforming Health Fund Checks as requiredManaging collection of excesses/co-paymentsCoordinating with staff from other departmentsCompleting clerical tasks such as data entryAs one of the largest private rehabilitation facilities in Australia, The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre is known for high-quality, patient-focused care across various rehabilitation specialties.
