We are seeking a Farm Assurance Coordinator to join our team at JBS Southern. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our livestock team, farm assurance producers, and industry stakeholders. Working within Australia''s most premium grass-fed supply chain, you will be passionate about utilising data, creating reports to drive improvement, and supporting producers to excel within the Great Southern Program. You will be working within a unique supply chain and should have a keen interest in meat eating quality, sustainability, and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Build and maintain strong relationships with producers and industry stakeholders. Coordinate and support on-farm training, information days, and presentations. Assist in delivering livestock supply chain goals across assurance and sustainability programs. Support producer groups and manage industry engagement events (multiple per month). Contribute to MLA Co-Funded projects and newsletters. Process assurance declarations and liaise with third-party certifying bodies. Assist with supplier and sustainability-related enquiries. Prepare monthly and weekly reports via internal dashboards. Analyse MSA grading data (Grass-fed and Grain-fed cattle). About you: Degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Science, Animal Science, or a related field. Project management experience. Understanding of Meat Standards Australia (preferred but not essential). Experience working with industry consultants and stakeholders (advantageous). Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
