Our CompanyAt Parcel we are driven by a vision to offer superior client service and deliver developments that offer Western Australians more choice in their new homes, which reflect the changing nature of the WA property market.As one of WAs fastest growing property companies, Parcel fuses a culture of high performance and passion, dedicated to building quality communities while delivering unique experiences to customers, projects and investors.The RoleReporting to the General Manager in Parcel Property, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our General Manager and Executive General Manager to ensure the seamless operation of executive-level tasks.Position OverviewThe Executive Assistant will act as the right hand to the General Manager, providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information with discretion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.This is a Fixed Term Maternity Contract for 15 months.Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:Coordinate and manage quarterly board reporting, including gathering data, reviewing content and ensuring timely submission of accurate and well-formatted reportsAttend board meetings, take detailed minutes and track follow up actions to ensure completion and accountabilityLiaise with internal teams to ensure awareness and adherence to reporting timelines and deliverablesProvide high-level executive support, including diary/email management, document preparation and confidential communicationsAssist with recruitment and onboarding, from scheduling interviews to coordinating new hire inductions and documentationCoordinate legal documentation and support acquisition tracking, maintaining strict confidentialityManage property administration tasks and act as liaison with external property managers for leases and tenant relationsLead WHS coordination, social club events and contribute to a professional inclusive, and engaging office cultureYouYoure a highly organised and professional individual with a strong ability to manage confidential information and support senior leadership.
