About the Role As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead staff performance, ensure compliance with aged care standards, and deliver high-quality services across clinical and support functions. You will also contribute to business development and help grow the Right at Home brand across Southwest Victoria. The role includes a HR component, managing staff concerns and wellbeing, with access to external professional HR support for complex issues. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the organisation Lead, mentor, and support multidisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory frameworks Monitor KPIs, staffing, and resource allocation Promote a positive culture focused on client wellbeing and family engagement Support the transition to the Support at Home program Stay informed and responsive to aged care reforms and evolving government guidelines What Were Looking For Proven leadership experience in aged care, healthcare, or a similar sector Strong understanding of aged care reforms, including Support at Home In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation and quality standards Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Qualifications in Health, Business, or Management Ability to foster a culture of empathy, respect, and continuous improvement Why Join Us?
