Location Flexible location: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Traralgon all other locations considered.Salary $61,758 ~ $90,235 (depending on experience) plus up to 15.4% superannuation.Applications close at 11:59pm AEST Friday, 30 May 2025.Exciting role, be a difference maker and contribute to the development and implementation of evidence management policies and procedures.The TeamThe Evidence Management (EM) team provides evidence collection, processing, management, and secure storage services to assist ASIC''s regulatory teams in reviewing and presenting evidence in courts and other bodies.The roleAs an Evidence Management Officer, you will be required to:Assist team members and stakeholders with evidence management practices and techniques.Provide training, technical advice, and assistance to team members and stakeholders on evidence management practices and techniques.Act as the EM Manager''s 2IC as needed, including monitoring and managing the team''s daily operations.Register, process, securely store, archive, dispose, and manage ASIC evidence throughout its lifecycle.Analyse, classify, ingest, and QA Electronically Stored Information (ESI) on ASIC''s evidence and other systems in accordance with established guidelines and practices.Demonstrate data and digital skills, including familiarity with relational databases (MS Access and/or SQL), data analytics, reporting tools, and structured/unstructured data sources.About YouIdeally, you will have demonstrated experience in evidence management, as well as the use of litigation support software such as Nuix Discover, Nuix Workstation, EDT, Access Data, and Relativity.
