Our Outside School Hours Care service, Sherwood Ridge OSHClub located in Kellyville, is looking for a passionate Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent fulltime opportunity offering 38 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.You will work across split shifts to support the services operating hours of Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 9:00am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:30pm - 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program) plus administration hours. You can pick up block shifts during the school holidays too!About the roleStep into an exciting leadership role where youll guide a team of passionate Educators, running an engaging before- and after-school program at a primary school for children aged 5-12 years. With dedicated support from a state-specific office and regional managers who mentor and visit you regularly, you''ll be set up for success!Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program packed with fun activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and craftswhatever sparks the kids imagination!Build strong relationships with children, the school, families, and the wider community while taking charge of your team''s roster, day-to-day operations, compliance, and admin.This is your chance to inspire, lead, and make a real impact every day!Who are we looking for?We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have: Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact Communicates clearly and confidently Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check Has Australian work rights Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQAWhat''s in it for you?
