Operational Director Continuum of CareThe Opportunity: The Operational Director Continuum of Care is a key member of Benalla Healths Clinical Services Leadership Team, serving as Deputy Director of Clinical Services. This role involves coordinating and managing inpatient and residential care activities within the organisation. Under the guidance of the Executive Director of Clinical Services and in collaboration with senior leaders, the Operational Director is responsible for developing, providing, and advancing Benalla Healths Continuum of Care programs and services, ensuring they are sustainable and within budget.
