We are looking for a Senior Business Partner to join our knowledgeable team in an industrial relations role. This is a part-time job share position until the end of 2025, working 4-5 days per fortnight.Your typical day will include:Partnering with supervisors and managers to understand and support their strategic prioritiesProviding comprehensive advice on employment relationship mattersInterpreting industrial agreements, legislation, and internal policiesAdvising on departmental restructure requestsConducting workplace investigationsIdentifying process improvement opportunitiesEnsuring HR compliance and governanceYou should have significant HR experience and be confident working with employees at all levels, including advising senior leaders.
