In 2024, with 105,000 employees in 19 countries, the Group generated total revenues of 10.05 billion.Destination/RoadmapTransdev Australia/New Zealand is actively looking for a Country CFO in Sydney or Melbourne.As a member of the management team, the Country CFO will report directly to the Country''s head and functionally to the Group CFO. Their key role will be to deliver the following missions and participate in the strategic direction, tenders, and planning of Transdev Australia and New Zealand.In Australia and New Zealand, Transdev operates Heavy Rail, Light Rail, Bus, and Ferries with a revenue of $777 million.MissionsDevelop a culture of continuous improvement:Foster operational performance of contractsLower production costs of the Finance functionImprove Free Cash Flow culture in the organizationDeliver on financial and investment strategies as a member of senior management;Business partner:Provide tools and information to OperationsChallenge teams to foster profitabilityTrain Operations on key KPIs (profit, return, cash generation)Manage and supervise financial elements of tender projects;Oversee strategic investments with the country CEO;Ensure compliance with financial and fiscal regulations at the country and Group levels;Supervise financial and budgetary planning exercises;Ensure the integrity of financial reporting to the CEO and other bodies (auditors, committees);Lead deployment of Group strategies, policies, processes, and controls;Guarantee the accuracy of financial results;Optimize financial resources and manage risk;Manage cash flow and financing activities, maintaining relationships with investors and financial institutions;Collaborate with management and business development teams;Manage accounting and financial staff, including recruitment, training, and team management;Maintain connection between Transdev Australia and New Zealand CEO and Group CFO on financial matters.Required qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in accounting or finance;Master of Business Administration (MBA) highly regarded;Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors or willingness to attain.Experience:15+ years in a similar role within an international group.Skills:Effective communication skills;Leadership and managerial abilities;Open-minded, fostering innovation;Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate win-win outcomes;Embodies Transdev values, acts as a role model for respectful, inclusive behavior.Note: The repetitive listing of ''Competitive salary and a broad range of employee benefits'' has been removed for clarity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
