The Client:InterGrain is a highly respected and globally recognised national plant breeding organisation. They provide crucial research and innovation for the agricultural supply chain including growers and end-users. With a commitment to providing the best crop genetics for every Australian farm through collaboration and innovation in barley, wheat and oat breeding.As part of InterGrains continued commercial expansion, the group will be moving to a newly built headquarters in Forrestdale in 2026 and expanding into new crops. This is a rare opportunity to be part of the executive team and to help make a significant contribution to InterGrains ongoing commercial development and strategic direction.The Opportunity:Working in close partnership with the CEO, the CFO will be a critical member of the executive leadership team. Engaging regularly with the Board of Directors, the CFO will drive a comprehensive financial management plan ensuring the groups ongoing expansion and commercial success. This will include the responsibility for periodic financial and management reporting, shared services and commercial strategy execution.
