We''re delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.The Opportunity:The Senior Communications and Engagement Adviser will play a lead role in the planning and implementation of communication and engagement strategies for the Authoritys priority projects. This position will involve the facilitation of community and stakeholder consultation workshops, media and issues management, and content development.Prepare high quality and timely communication materials to support the delivery of some of our largest projects!Build and maintain strong working relationships with a range of stakeholdersIdentify and manage risks and issues related to project communications, offering expert guidance on risk management and formulating effective mitigation strategiesWe are looking for:Proven experience in communications and stakeholder engagement within a project delivery environment, with the ability to develop plans that clearly define objectives and outline specific actions to achieve themAbility to recognise and addresses stakeholders underlying needs while fostering mutually beneficial partnershipsExperience drafting and refining communications using clear, concise, and grammatically accurate language; ensures content includes all necessary information to fulfill its purpose and meet audience needs, using suitable styles and formats.To learn more about the opportunity and view the full requirements please download a copy of the Position Description HERE.Interested in working with VHBA?Please click the Apply button to submit a copy of your resume and a cover letter expressing your interest and suitability for the role.We dont want you to miss out!
