Were seeking a Senior Business Partner to join our knowledgeable team in an industrial relations position.What your day will look like:Partnering with supervisors and managers to understand and support their strategic priorities.Providing comprehensive and technical advice to all of Council on employment relationship matters.Interpreting industrial agreements, legislation, and relevant internal policies.Providing advice on departmental restructure requests.Conducting workplace investigations.Identifying opportunities for process improvement and ensuring effective service levels.Ensuring Human Resource compliance and governance.Youll have significant experience with human resources and will be confident working with employees at all levels, including providing advice to senior leaders.
