The Child Health Research Centre (CHRC) is seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Centre Director and leadership team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Centre, contributing to important work that improves the health and wellbeing of children across Australia and beyond.Key Responsibilities Will IncludeCoordinate and manage the Centres daily administrative and operational activities, including liaison with the Queensland Childrens Hospital.Provide high-level administrative support to the CHRC leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and handling of correspondence. Serve as the primary point of contact for enquiries, offering accurate information and guidance in alignment with university policies and procedures.Plan and deliver Centre-related events such as meetings, seminars, and workshops, overseeing logistics, marketing, and RSVP management.Foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and maintain strong, collaborative relationships.About UQAs part of the UQ community, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds, who have joined us from all over the world.
