Sales of Saas/CCaaS Achieve bookings and revenue targets through mainly large enterprise accounts within a specified region, sector, or set of accounts. Build a pipeline to size likely to convert into required target bookings. Achieve YoY revenue growth through existing Enterprise accounts and through acquisition of new accounts. Qualifications Maintain and develop an understanding of key industry trends and competitors in assigned region. Have a strong network in CCaaS, AI.Maintain and further develop knowledge of Verint portfolio and solutions.Knowledge of structured sales process formal training on (MEDDIC, MEDPIC). Drive thought leadership within the industry by contributing to whitepapers, webinars, LinkedIn posts, and speaking engagements. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive movements to continuously innovate and evolve consulting offerings. Develop and share frameworks for experience design, strategic workforce management, digital transformation, and customer satisfaction improvement. Identify new business opportunities and help in the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients. Support sales and marketing teams in articulating the value of consulting services, contributing to growth initiatives. Responsibilities Build, develop, and track pipeline in assigned customer accounts. Achieve bookings and revenue targets against plan. Progress the sales process from initial contact through to close of deal, including opening and closing doors. Initiate, plan, and execute necessary sales meetings to identify opportunities and progress the sales process in a timely manner. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and understanding of their needs. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet clients'' requirements and contribute to revenue growth. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide relevant insights to clients. Develop strategies to retain clients and ensure ongoing satisfaction with products or services. Monitor and manage the financial aspects of client accounts, including budgets, invoicing, and profitability. Forecast and track key account metrics to assess overall account health and identify areas for improvement. Maintain up-to-date and accurate forecasts, pipeline, and account information in SFDC.
